The Global Alliance of Sharing Economy (GLASE) is a non-governmental and non-profit international economic organization. It was initiated and founded jointly by the former Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd and multiple other former state/government heads for the following purposes: connecting global business chambers, promoting resource and business opportunities sharing and accomplishing interconnections and exchanges.

Our mission is to facilitate communication and win-win cooperation of business chambers worldwide, accelerate global business growth and promote common development and wellbeing for all. The GLASE has elected Kevin Rudd, former Prime Minister of Australia, as Chairman; Mr. Lu Junqing as Executive Chairman; Boris Tadić, former President of Serbia, Werner Faymann, former Chancellor of Austria, Phinij Jarusombat, former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, José María Figueres, former President of Costa Rica, and George Papandreou, former President of Greece as Standing Chairmen; Wim Kok, former Prime Minister of the Netherlands, as Honorary Chairman; Brian Cowen, former Taoiseach of Ireland, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, former President of Poland, François Fillon, former Prime Minister of France, Esko Aho, former Prime Minister of Finland, Yves Leterme, former Prime Minister of Belgium, Toomas Ilves, former President of Estonia, Petre Roman, former President of Romania, Geir Haarde, former President of Iceland and Laurens Jan Brinkhorst, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands as Co-Chairmen or Senior Advisors.

The GLASE, registered in Hong Kong in October 2016, has its global headquarters in Hong Kong, New York and Vienna. It plans to establish 30+ representative offices in major cities across the world.
